Ajlan & Bros | Brand Manager
The Role
Reports to: Marketing Director
Job Resposibilities:
Brand Strategy
Develop a vision, strategic direction and policy for Brand Management that will enable the company to develop and project the company’s brand image.
Brand Plans
Develop Brand plans and budgets for different categories to differentiate the brand from other brands in the market in order to achieve the annual sales and gross margin targets in existing and new markets.
Brand Performance
Monitor the performance of the brand for different categories in order to track actual performance from production to the market shelf against the Brand plan and take corrective action.
Promotions
Direct all Sales Promotions campaigns to execute all Brand Plans in line with the company objectives.
Product Development
Support the Production, R & D, Marketing and Sales teams in identifying and developing new or modified products through brand studies in order to achieve the category sales and gross margin objectives.
Changes to Brand Plans
Evaluate Market Research studies, market conditions and competitor products/activity and implement brand planning changes.

Bachelor Degree
Experience:
Minimum of 5 Years
Ideal Candidate will be a Lebanese national currently working in Lebanon and does not have any problem relocating to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a 30 years old male with a bachelor degree and at least 5 years of experience in brand marketing within sectors like FMCG or Retail. Ambitious, hard working, achievement oriented.

The Company still continues its pioneering role through development of its activities, as Ajlan & Bros. Co. was incorporated. In addition, work and production were expanded within a larger and more comprehensive framework, and it engaged strongly in the business of men's clothes and men’s head scarves, which became the main specialization of the company's activity to become one of the largest Companies in this sector.
