Job Description 

 

To grow a steady, continual pipeline of work in the Middle East (in particular UAE and KSA) through:

- A well established network of contacts

- New business tenacity

• To effectively develop current business, new opportunities within selected new business sectors/company targets 

• To ensure successful implementation of agreed targeting strategy in the Middle East and that income targets are reached.

• To be a trusted point of contact on the ground in Dubai and KSA (mainly), with a focus on current and new sales whilst also looking after existing relationships and spotting new opportunities within existing client organisations for future growth. 

• To coach and work closely with an Account Manager for the detailed day-to-day management of projects.

• To work closely with the Creative Director to ensure client satisfaction.

Business Development

• To target, approach and convert new business opportunities in the Middle East for multinational companies or large local companies each with brands capable of delivering potential income

• To focus on selected new business sectors and companies as detailed in sales plan for the Middle East

• To manage and deal day to day business with current clients

• To run & manage accounts of all sizes and make them grow

• To ensure and maintain a High level of clients satisfaction

• To ensure on-time, on-budget, on-strategy deliverables with Account Manager

• To maintain client service with the help of account team and in close collaboration with the Creative Director

• To challenge briefs & creative Works to support the Creative Director’s leadership

• To maintain a database of activities (current business and new business)

• Commercial and Financial reporting to the CEO
