The Role

Overview

This leading Digital Agency is looking for a Client Director to handle one of their primary accounts looking after: digital strategy, revenue targets, client and account management, business development, , project delivery, and overall commercial responsibility. 

The Role

The Client Director will be responsible for the following:

• Contract negotiation

• Billing and Payment lifecycle

• Forecasting business and commercial needs, ie. Billing and resources needed

• Relationship building and maintaining, ensuring client satisfaction, monitoring feedback.

• Client research, including competitor insight and knowledge

• Thorough knowledge and expertise on the client including history, digital point of view, strengths, weakness, and opportunities

• Expand the portfolio of existing accounts, developing strategic and tactical opportunities to create full service clients

• Business Development-mapping out new potential clients

Requirements

The Person

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• At minimum have a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in marketing communications

• A proven Digital Expert, Master in strategy and Expanding accounts digital offerings 

• Business Development Acumen, strong presentation abilities and communication

• An experienced problem solver that knows how to provide great service to the client while increasing billable work

• Marketing communications & technology focused with an appreciation of creative and brand work
