Our client, a global leader in infrastructure, finance, and media, is currently in search of an experienced Marketing Assistant who will be directly supporting a Senior Manager and his team based in Dubai.This is a Contract Staffing role under Manpower for an initial period of 12 months and renewable depending on performance and business needs.The duties and responsibilities will entail Market Research and Analysis and other marketing-related tasks, plus Performing general secretarial duties for Manager and Team members including but not limited to preparing travel arrangements, calendar management, reimbursement, meeting arrangements, etc Maintaining and coordinating calendars, schedule appointments and meetings and arrange travel schedules and itineraries Scheduling, planning and organizing all logistical details for in house and off-site meetings Provide general office administrative services including telephone coverage, mail and fax processing and distribution. File set up and maintenance photocopying and office supplies Responsible for maintaining records and provide documentation of procedures required Handling of Executive Managers visits from Headquarters Facilitate Events Processing and reconciling Travel and Living expense accounts Non TandL CandBMedical Claims Processing of statements of work and purchase order requests Interface with the client's PRO for visa application requirements.
Minimum 3-5 years work experience in similar role supporting Senior Managers and a Team Excellent English communication skills both oral and written Excellent computer skills - especially MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) Good at understanding oral and written instructions Excellent organizer of own work Excellent email correspondence skills related to formal business environment Drafting letters based on verbal instructions.Additionally Balance expectations of multiple stakeholders Pleasing personality and passion for teamwork Capable of independent work with little day-to-day supervision Flexible when it comes to work timings as the Manager may require assistance after working hours due to amount of traveling he usually makes.
