Our client, one of the fastest growing digital Media companies in the Middle East are seeking to recruit Sales Coordinator. You will be reporting directly to the Sales and Accounts DirectorYour roles and activities Assisting the sales and accounts team in day to day tasks Assisting Account Management team with coordinating web development projects by feeding and filtering communication through the companies project management tool. Managing the companies day to day finances in line with audit standards-including payroll, issuing invoices, maintaining cash flow reports, following up on payments with clients, generating outstanding payment report, interacting with bank on behalf of the company, etc. Generating monthly sales report Assisting the Sales and Accounts Team by collecting information to identify potential clients Answering the company telephone lines and providing potential clients with information relating to the company's products and services Assist in generation of proposals and presentations Ensuring client database is kept up to date Assisting in producing marketing material to promote the company's products and services

 

Skills

 

Your working profile Experience with managing financials Min 2 years local experience of dealing with clients by telephone Min 2 years work experience in UAE market Sound understanding of online media Able to ensure effective engagement with internal resources to create and lead virtual teams around specific customer opportunities Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, etcYour personal profile Extremely well organised with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize work Career focused with a strong passion to succeed Confident and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent English verbal and written communication Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure Ability to do the best in everything you put your mind to Ability to work on own initiative and be responsible in doing so A fast learner and the ability to self train oneself Ability to bring out the best in team members Strong analytical skills
