Job Summary:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Will be responsible for establishing and directing all sales and marketing activities for the subsidiaries, to ensure aggressive and smooth expansion of firm’s sales and marketing in line with the set objectives. Responsible for managing and executing sales strategy, developing annual sales requirements and budgets while ensuring achievement of sales and marketing targets. Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities, marketing and sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluate customers, market conditions, and competitors’ data and implement marketing plan changes as needed. Oversees all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing.
FUNCTIONS:
• Develop existing and new business opportunities and sales leads in the region to achieve the targeted business objectives
• Develop a clear understanding of competitors, their priorities and their competitive strengths
• Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
• To manage the Marketing and Sales Department Budget. Delivery of all its activities within agreed budget.
• The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for Sales careers Online and it’s programs across all available media.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses;
• Liaises with other departments to develop sales proposals including: data analysis, pricing, shop drawings and calculations, proposal and contract preparation.
• Assigns sales territory, sets goals and targets in line with the business plan monitors team performance and leads them to achieve their sales target.
• Analyzes market demand data obtained from the Marketing Department and uses the same to prepare preliminary annual sales forecast.
• Compiles and analyzing sales figures and ensures adherence to the set pricing list
• Establishes effective tracking systems, charts and monitors team progress and also identify training needs and areas of improvement
• Assists the General Manager in managing strategic change initiatives and to establish the functional objectives and KPIs.
• Establishes and implements short and long-terms goals, objectives, policies, operating procedures, projects and priorities for the Sales and Marketing functions
• Researches and develops strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development and with a focus on creating and developing the brand, proposition and communications
• Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
• Oversees performance of the Sales and Marketing functions to ensure realization of sales plans, targets and execution of key actions to reach internal goals
• Develops and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
• Monitors key measures of performance targets including sales and profits versus internal plan, forecast accuracy and key performance indicators
• Oversees all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing.
• Develops, or participates with the Senior Staff, in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company.
• Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
• Monitors performance of the Supervisors, provides guidance and support and regular feedback to ensure achievement of functional objectives and individual KPIs
• Reviews monthly sales report, weekly analysis of market conditions, and benchmarks including competitive information
• Presents monthly report to the General Manager to inform the current status of different marke

EXPERIENCE:
• 7 to 10 years experience in similar companies in the position of Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and Sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Proven ability to oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quotations, goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning market trends.
• Experience to recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Education
Marketing or Business Administration, ideally with an MBA Or any higher equivalent certificate.
